Microgreens!
At our Adale Farms location we grow Microgreens using environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices. Microgreens are regular vegetables, like broccoli, cabbage or radish, grown
to the two to three leaf stage, just past sprouting. Microgreens pack an intense flavor and color for their size
making them excellent garnishes, as well as salad, sandwich and entree additions. Adale Farm's microgreens are grown
hydroponically and pesticide free. Our microgreens are of the finest quality assured through hand selection.
